Parking
There are 3 multi-storey car parks with 900 spaces adjacent to the centre at Tolbooth Street, Thistle Street and the Esplanade and numerous single level car parks around the town centre. All three of the car parks have lifts to the Mall level and the centre is accessible from the High Street through the main entrance. The car parks include disabled parking bays.

Customer Toilets
Toilets with child height facilities located within them are at The Esplanade entrance/exit by TK Maxx.
In the same area you will also find a large baby changing and feeding facility, which includes a parent and child toilet and a separate, large disabled toilet.
Breastfeeding
Mercat shopping centre is breastfeeding friendly and has facilities to accommodate breastfeeding mothers.
Free WiFi
There is free WiFi within the centre. To access the free WiFi, simply choose BT Wifi-Mercat, open your browser and follow the instructions. To access the WiFi you will need to opt-in to receive BT marketing emails.
